Remove the I/O board

Make sure the following FRUs (or CRUs) have been removed.
"Remove the LCD module" on page 28
"Remove the I/O board bracket and sponge" on page 32
Step 1. Remove one screw. Disconnect the I/O board cable and remove the I/O board.
