is M20×1.5 male thread, and the sealing gasket should be used for
installation; The pressure interface of the flush diaphragm MPM483DM
pressure transmitter is G1/2 male thread with gasket, and the effective
depth of the G1/2 internal thread of the user-mounted interface should
not be less than 15mm.
The transmitter can be mounted directly on the flange joint of the
measuring pipe. In order to facilitate installation and maintenance, a
globe valve should be installed between the flange joint and the pipeline
as shown. When installing, please pay attention to:
a) Do not poke the hole with a sharp object or hard object, and do not
press the diaphragm with your hands, etc. to avoid damaging the
diaphragm.
b) Flush diaphragm pressure transmitter interface with plastic protective
cap, do not remove it unless installed and used, so as not to damage
the diaphragm.
c) Do not seal the connection with the G1/2 male thread of the pressure
interface of the flush diaphragm transmitter by winding tape, which
may generate stress that affects the measurement stability or even
damages the transmitter.
d) When installing and using this product in areas where lightning often
occurs, it is recommended that it is best to install lightning protection
device into the line.
