2 .4 NETWORK CONFIGURATION

Cautions
• It is necessary to forget any other around network and make sure
the Android or iOS device just connect to the Wireless network you
want to configure.
• Make sure the Android or iOS device Wireless function works well
and can be connected back to your original Wireless network auto-
matically.
Kindly reminder:
User must finish all the steps in 8 minutes after powering on air conditioner,
otherwise you need to power on it again.
3 . USING ANDROID DEVICE TO DO NETWORK CONFIGU-
RATION
1 .
Make sure your device has already been connected to the WiFi net-
work you intend to use. Delete saved WiFi networks other than the
one you want to configure.
2 .
Unplug the indoor unit of the air conditioner.
3 . Power the indoor unit of the air conditioner. Using the remote control,
press the "LED" button 7 times within 10 seconds
4 . The display of the indoor unit shows the text "AP". This means that
the wireless module of the air conditioner is in "Access Point" mode.
Some types of air conditioners do not need this procedure to enter
"AP" mode
5 . Select "+ Add Device" and then "Split-type AC" ("fig. 9 -" and "fig.
10 -")
