The PCT-8424 card counters respond to the falling edge, ie. the contents of the counter are incremented by one at the time of the signal change from 1 to 0 in the data register. -
Page 10: Digital Inputs And Ports
All cards of the PCT-842x series contain 24 isolated digital inputs they differ from each other only by signal levels and input connections. The PCT-8424 card digital inputs work with HC/HCT/TTL levels and use HCTMOS circuits providing high input impedance, very low leakage current and protection diodes. The... -
