The bolt is not extended when the door is closed.

Solution
Adjust the door and the position of the strike plate
so that the flip latch engages freely in the strike
plate and door frame and can position itself.
Check and replace the locking cylinder if necessary.
Check switchover operation using a key.
Check and, if necessary, correct the rebate gap.
Check the electrical connections and, if necessary,
measure the continuity of the connection cable.
Press the door handle right down to the end stop.
Check and, if necessary, correct the rebate gap.
Check that the lock has been installed without dis-
tortion and, if necessary, correct the installation.
