Problem
Selecting the
distribution button
(3) (D) (E) you
cannot get a
beverage.
The lever (1) will not
slide properly.
Problem
Coffee/tea is no longer
dispensed
It is not possible to dispense
coffee, tea, or boiling water
Coffee/tea is cold
The pump is too noisy
A few drops come out of the
dispenser, especially when the
machine is warming up
Coffee tastes sour

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

Warranty does not cover repairs caused by:
- Malfunctions caused by water scale and by failure to periodically de-scale the unit
- Malfunctions caused by operating the machine at voltages other than that specified on the
nameplate
- Malfunctions caused by improper use or non-adherence to the instructions for use
- Malfunctions caused by alterations made inside the machine
Solution
1) Fill the tank with water
2) Check if the water tank is well located.
3) Lift the lever to permit air outlet take the capsule
off and wait for a while to let the pump be cool ,
close the lever again and select the distribution
(D) (E)
button(3)
.
If you cannot solve the problem, you are
kindly requested to contact your service center.
Press the start button (3) (D) (E) , then open and close the lever (1) several
times while water is being dispensed.

Corrective action
