INTRODUCTION This pallet truck is a manually operated pallet truck designed to lift and transport pallets on hard and even surfaces. It can lift open-bottom or diagonal board pallets. This pallet truck is also equipped with built-in weighing cells that weigh your goods while they’re being transported on the pallet truck.

3.2. General safety instructions • The operator should read all warning signs and instructions in the manual and on the pallet truck before using it. • The pallet truck may only be used by trained personnel. • The operator is responsible for the pallet truck during the time it is in use. He or she shall prevent unauthorised persons from driving or operating the pallet truck.

2. Loading and unloading the pallet truck: 1. Position and level the forks so that they are in line with the pallet inlets. 2. Slowly insert the forks into the inlets until the pallet hits the back of the forks. 3.

7.2. Charging the batteries The system is powered by a rechargeable battery. When the voltage level of the battery is running low, the display will show “the low battery indication“. In this case, please recharge the battery. Do not use any other type of power adaptor than the one supplied with the scale. 1.
7.3. Start-up 1. Initial Start-up Warm-up time of 15 minutes stabilizes the measured values after switching on. 2. Switching on/off Switch on the indicator by pressing key. Display will show the scale version and will start self-checking. After self-checking, display will be in normal weighing mode. To switch off the scale, press key again.
7.7. Check weighing & Check counting It can set an upper or lower limit when weighing or counting with the limits range. During the limit controls dividing the unit will indicate whether a value upper or lower limits with an alarm sound. To enable check weighing or counting function, press key in normal weighing or counting mode, display will show “lim-on”.

7.9. Parts Counting To perform parts counting operation, it must know the average piece weight. Proceed by putting on a certain number of the parts to be counted. The balance determines the total weight and divides it by the number of parts, the so-called reference quantity. Counting is then carried out based on the calculated average piece weight.
