Installation Fluid Suction Line CAUTION D Screw the suction line (L) into the pump inlet (M) Some systems may require installation of a pressure snugly. Use a compatible liquid thread sealant on relief valve at the pump outlet to prevent overpres- connections to prevent air from getting into the fluid surization and rupture of the pump or hose.
Operation Pressure Relief Procedure 4. Check all fittings to be sure they are tight. Use a compatible liquid thread sealant on all male threads. Tighten the fluid inlet and outlet fittings WARNING snugly. Do not overtighten the fittings. NOTE: Before using he pump, re–torque fluid The system remains pressurized until pressure is cover screws (38) to 10 ft–lb (13.6 NSm).
