Using the Extendable Zone Function Where fitted, an extendable zone is indicated by the extended lines as per below. You can also refer to page 8 for details where a single zone will show a single power rating (e.g. ‘1200W’) and an extendable zone will show a dual rating (e.g. 1100 / 2200W) An extendable zone consists of 2 circuits - the center zone and the outer zone.

Using the timer to switch off one or more cooking zones 1. Select the heating zone that you wish to set the timer for. 2. Touch the timer key, “00” will show in the timer display and the “0” will blink. 3.

If the timer is set on more than one zone: 1. When you set the timer for several cooking zones, red dots of the relevant cooking zones are indicated. The timer display shows the remaining time.
