Record a memo

You can record memo messages for other users which can be played back just like normal
messages. Memos can only be recorded using the handset.

4. The memo is automatically played back and then stored as a new message.

Outgoing messages (OGMs)

This is the message your callers hear on the answer machine. There are two pre-recorded
outgoing messages, or you can record your own.

Record also

The pre-set Record also outgoing message, that allows your caller to leave a message, is
'Hello, your call cannot be taken at the moment, so please leave your message after the
tone'.
9.6.2

Answer only

The caller can listen to your announcement but cannot leave a message. The pre-recorded
message is 'Hello, your call cannot be taken at the moment, and you cannot leave a
message, so please call later.'
