supplied wires 1/2 in. Make sure the
conductors are completely bare (Figure 25).

Confirm that the electricity is supplied from a

120 VAC, 60 Hz power source and is in a
properly grounded circuit.
Confirm that an extension cord or an adapter

plug has NOT been used with the water
heater.
