Ingredients
¡ 150 g apples
¡ 125 g pears
¡ 500 ml water
¡ 400 g frozen rasp-
berries
¡ 450 ml soy milk
¡ 60 ml maple syrup
¡ 60 g hulled hemp
seeds
¡ 150 g cauliflower
¡ 210 g beef tender-
loin
¡ 250 ml beef stock
¡ 330 g pumpkin
¡ 45 g mushrooms
¡ 8 ml oil
¡ 700 ml water
¡ 3 g salt
¡ 1 g black pepper
¡ 1 small yellow
croaker (approx.
120 g)
¡ 80 g tomatoes
¡ 40 g cooking wine
¡ 2 g ginger
¡ 2 g spring onion
¡ 1 g salt
¡ ½ g white pepper
Processing
¡ Wash and peel the fruit and remove
the cores.
¡ Cut the fruit into pieces.
¡ Place all ingredients in the heated
blender jug.
¡ Start the "Juice" programme.
¡ Once the programme has finished,
serve the juice.
¡ Leave the frozen fruit to thaw for 20
minutes.
¡ Place all ingredients in the heated
blender jug.
¡ Start the "Milk shake" programme.
¡ Once the programme has finished,
serve the milkshake.
¡ Cook the cauliflower in boiling wa-
ter for 2 minutes and then cut into
small pieces.
¡ Trim the beef tenderloin, braise and
cut into cubes.
¡ Place the prepared ingredients in
the heated blender jug.
¡ Add the beef stock. Adjust the
quantity as required.
¡ Start the "Baby food" programme.
¡ Once the programme has finished,
serve the purée.
¡ Wash the pumpkin, remove the
seeds and cut into small pieces.
¡ Slice the mushrooms.
¡ Place all ingredients in the heated
blender jug.
¡ Start the "Soup / Cream soup" pro-
gramme.
¡ Once the programme has finished,
serve the soup.
¡ Wash the small yellow umber, cut
off the head and tail and cut the
fish into small pieces approx. 3 cm
in size.
¡ Cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
¡ Wash the spring onions and the
ginger, remove the skin and cut into
small pieces.
