OPERATION

Note: Only use the appliance in well-ventilated rooms. Do not block the ventilation
openings on the back or door of the dehydrating appliance.

General operation
• Place the sliced food on the trays and adjust the temperature. For fruit and
vegetables, the temperature should not be set higher than 63°C so as not to destroy
the vitamins in the food. If you want to dry some foods with a natural protective
coating, it is advisable to cook them for 1-2 minutes, put them in cold water and
then dry them.
• When the appliance is switched on, air flows through the front door and you can
hear the operating noise.
• Set the drying time according to the different foods and personal taste (soft or
crispy). The dried fruit can be placed in airtight bags or airtight containers and then
stored in the refrigerator.
Start the appliance
Connect the machine to the mains and switch it on. The control panel lights up.
• Press the time key to set the desired time.
• Press the Temperature key to set the desired temperature.
Note: The set time must be more than 1 hour. The set temperature must be higher than
35 °C.
You can pause or stop the unit at any time to increase the temperature or adjust the time.
35-40 °C
40-50 °C
55-60 °C
65-68 °C
