Troubleshooting

The earbuds cannot be paired with a compatible
Bluetooth

Make sure that the Bluetooth

the Bluetooth
♦ Check that the earbuds are switched on .
If you use several Bluetooth

previous connection is disconnected . There may be a
previously paired Bluetooth
♦ Make sure that the earbuds are no more than 10 metres
from the Bluetooth
electronic devices are placed between them .
You cannot switch on the earbuds
♦ The integrated battery in the earbuds is empty .
Charge the battery .
You cannot use all of the described functions
This may be down to your Bluetooth

current software . Try updating the software or using a
different Bluetooth
You hear no sound from the earbuds
♦ The volume control of the earbuds is set to the minimum
volume . Increase the playback volume .
