25.15 Unknown Sensor Glucose Reading

CHAPTER 25 • CGM Alerts and Errors
The sensor is sending sensor glucose readings that the pump does
not understand. You will not receive sensor glucose readings.
On screen only with no vibration or beep.
The 3 dashes will remain on the screen until a new glucose reading
is received and displayed in their place. If no sensor glucose
readings are received after 20 minutes, the CGM Unavailable Alert
will trigger. See Section 25.20 CGM Unavailable.
Wait 30 minutes for more information from the pump. Do not enter
BG values for calibration. The pump will not use BG values for
calibration when "- - -" appears on the screen.
