Print on Demand

Print on demand causes the printer to wait for input on the touchscreen before printing the next label in
the file. When the feature is off, all labels in a file are printed without waiting in between.
Enable the feature by going to Settings, Print Adjustments and swiping the switch to on.
Alternatively, the feature can be turned on from the print screen. See
page 31.

Using the Print Queue

The print queue is available from the print screen when files are being printed. Use it to add more files
to the queue, delete files from the queue, or change the print order.

Adding Files to the Queue

1. While printing, tap the QUEUE tab on the print screen.
2. Tap the Add button
3. Select the file to add and tap the print button.

Removing Files from the Queue

1. While printing, tap the QUEUE tab on the print screen.
2. Tap the Pause button.
3. Select the file(s) to remove.
4. Tap

Changing the Print Order

1. While printing, tap the QUEUE tab on the print screen.
2. Tap the file that you want to move up or down in the queue.
You cannot move the first file in the list.
3. Tap the up or down arrow to move the file.

Print Labels from the Software or App

1. Make sure the printer is on and the label supply door is closed.
2. On the computer or mobile device, open the label file.
3. Click or tap the print button in the software.
The software sends the labels to the printer.
If a print job is interrupted, for instance when label supply has run out or you intentionally open the
label supply door, the system automatically stops the print job and displays a message. While the
message remains on the screen follow the instructions on the display to resume printing.
