USE:
♦ Extend the cable completely before plugging it in.
♦ Attach the required accessory. Please see below for
instruction on how to connect each accessory.
♦ Connect the appliance to the mains.
♦ Turn the appliance on, by using the on/off button.
♦ Select the desired speed.
♦ Work with the food you want to process.
Electronic speed control:
♦ The speed of the appliance can be regulated by using
the speed regulator control (A). This function is very
useful, as it makes it possible to adapt the speed of the
appliance to the type of work that needs to be done.
Turbo function:
♦ The appliance has a Turbo function. By activating the
Turbo button (B2) all the power of the motor becomes
available, thus obtaining a finer finish in the final texture
of the product.
Once you have finished using the appli-
ance:
♦ Stop the appliance by releasing the pressure on the on/
off button.
♦ Unplug the appliance from the mains.
♦ Detach the accessory.
♦ Clean the appliance.
ACCESSORIES:
Stick blender accessory (D):
♦ This accessory is used for making sauces, soups,
mayonnaise, milkshakes, baby food ...
♦ Always unplug the appliance from the mains before
attaching or detaching the accessory.
♦ Attach the stick to motor body and turn in the direction of
the arrow (Fig.1).
♦ Put the food to be prepared in the measuring cup and
switch the appliance on.
♦ For further cleaning, detach and remove the stick by
turning in the opposite direction of the arrow (Fig.2).
Chopping accessory (G):
♦ This accessory is used to chop vegetables or meat...
♦ Always unplug the appliance from the mains before
attaching or detaching the accessory.
♦ To avoid damage to the appliance, remove bones,

nerves, cartilage, etc. from the meat.
♦ Put the food to be prepared in the chopper cup and
attach the cover firmly.
♦ Attach the chopper lid to the motor body and turn in the
direction of the arrow (Fig.3).
♦ Switch the appliance on (be careful: do not switch the
appliance on if the whole unit is not properly fitted and
connected together).
♦ Stop the appliance when the food reaches the desired
texture.
♦ Detach the unit from the chopper lid and take off the lid
from the chopper cup (Fig.4).
♦ Note 1: Do not exceed half of the chopper cup when
working with solid foods.
Whisk accessory (F):
♦ This accessory is used to whip cream, beat egg whites...
♦ Always unplug the appliance from the mains before
attaching or detaching the accessory.
♦ Insert the whisk into the adapter. Join this unit to the
motor unit turning in the direction of the arrow (Fig.5).
♦ Put the food into a large receptacle and switch the appli-
ance on. For best results, turn the whisk clockwise.
♦ Remove the whisk accessory and release the adapter.
♦ Note 1: Do not use with the speed control regulator
above a quarter with this accessory attached, as this
would cause defects in the whisk.
CLEANING
♦ Disconnect the appliance from the mains and allow it to
cool before undertaking any cleaning task.
♦ Clean the equipment with a damp cloth with a few drops
of washing-up liquid and then dry.
♦ Do not use solvents, or products with an acid or base pH
such as bleach, or abrasive products, for cleaning the
appliance.
♦ Never submerge the appliance in water or any other
liquid or place it under running water.
♦ During the cleaning process, take special care with the
blades, as they are very sharp.
♦ It is advisable to clean the appliance regularly and
remove any food remains.
♦ If the appliance is not in good condition of cleanliness, its
surface may degrade and inexorably affect the duration
of the appliance's useful life and could become unsafe
to use.
♦ The following pieces may be washed in a dishwasher
(using a soft cleaning program) or using a soapy hot
water:
