Bobbin monitor has detected that
the bobbin is running on spare
thread.
Tension
Top thread tension was outside
tolerance.
Guide
Vertical flip guide not placed
properly.
Pre seam
Number of stitches out of toler-
ance.

Number of stitches out of toler-
ance.
Cover
Cover plate not closed.
Photocell
Notch recognition sensor doesn't
respond properly.
Back tack
After ending the actual tear
seam, the amount of stitches in
reverse direction would enter the
tear seam again.

11 DISMANTLING AND WITHDRAWAL

Caused by
IMPORTANT !
Carry dismantling in two persons.
Take special care.
Table 3.
o Replace bobbin;
o Press [Reset] button to
acknowledge replacement (all
operators).
o Remove piece (reject);
o Observe the tension indication
light to see if tension was too high
or low;
o Check thread guidance from cone
to machine;
o Acknowledge the tension fault by
pressing the [Reset] button (lim-
ited access rights, change key
card or use left key switch).
o Make sure that the guide is flat on
the cover plate while sewing.
o Remove piece (reject);
o Acknowledge pre seam fault by
pressing the [Reset] button (lim-
ited access rights);
o Remove piece (reject);
o Acknowledge pre seam fault by
pressing the [Reset] button (lim-
ited access rights);
o Close cover plate.
o Clean the notch chamber of the
guide;
o Call for maintenance assistance if
sensor has to be readjusted.
o No action required, Sade will not
allow reverse sewing into the tear
seam. However if this fault shows
up regularly ask for quality or
maintenance assistance.
