I have downloaded a list of songs or voice files onto the player but then the RUSH
displays "No File!" What could be the problem?
Your player may be reading the memory of the external card in the CARD ONLY mode. To
switch to the BOTH MEM mode, first make sure that you are in the VOICE or MUSIC mode,
press the right ••• key to enter the menu use the

/
key to select BOTH MEM.
You may have stored your music files in folders on the player. Please make sure that all music
files are located in the root directory only of the Removable Drive (RUSH).

My RUSH player failed to download a voice (.WAV) file from the PC with the error
message showing "Cannot copy XXX: The request was denied" (where XXX is the
name of the wave file.)
Only .WAV files created by RUSH may be downloaded to the player. When you try to drag and drop
any .WAV file not created by RUSH, the PC will display Cannot copy XXX: The request was
denied.

A Windows Delayed Write failed error message displayed while I was trying to transfer
files onto my RUSH player
This is an operating systems issue. For Windows2000 users, please download the latest Service Pack
to update your OS from Microsoft via the URL
http://www.microsoft.com/windows2000/downloads/servicepacks/default.asp
Follow the instructions on the web site to run the update (the whole updating process may take
approximately 30mins). After you have upgraded your Windows Service Pack, you can now transfer
music or voice files to your RUSH player.
