  • Page 11 In most cases the SpeedTouch™190 is correctly configured for Internet Telephony via the appropriate configuration profile/file and no further configuration on the web inter- face is needed. This chapter aims to give a full overview of the SpeedTouch™190’s web pages and their respective functionality. Select whether FQDN or IP format depending on how you are going to fill in the Domain Name Address.

The SIP VLAN page allows to set a VLAN tag value and a Priority tag value for RTP packets and Call Signalling packets. CODECS The CODEC page allows you to view and configure the Audio/CODEC Settings page.
  • Page 23 • Select Security to view and configure the Set Security Password page. This page allows an administrator to configure the SpeedTouch™190 with an access password. Type the password and retype to confirm it. There are 2 levels of access rights supported by the SpeedTouch™190.

During the SpeedTouch™190 boot process, it gets extra information from the DHCP server containing -among others- the IP address of a TFTP server and a file name. In the corresponding configuration file, you are able to specify the user’s SIP settings.

Select whether you wish to reset the SpeedTouch™190 and start executing the main (default) application, or whether you wish to reset the SpeedTouch™190 and start executing the internal downloader application. The SpeedTouch™190 restarts and your browser session will be disconnected.
