Changing Smart Portrait Mode Settings

Options Available in the Smart Portrait Menu
In smart portrait mode, the following option settings
can be changed.

Display the shooting screen in smart portrait mode _ MENU button _ [] tab (1_]11)
Option Description
Allow you to select the combination of image size and
image quality used when saving images ([_61).The default 61
Image mode setting is _ 4608x3456.This setting is also applied to other
shooting modes.
Enable skin softening. The camera makes facial skin tones
Skin softening softer before saving images. The extent of effect applied can _32
be selected.The default setting is Normal.
When set to On (default setting), the camera detects human
Smile timer faces and then automatically releases the shutter whenever a _32
smile is detected. Self-timer cannot be used with this feature.
When On is selected, the camera automatically releases the
shutter twice each time a picture is taken. Of the two shots,
Blink proof one in which the subject's eyes are open is saved. _33
The flash cannot be used when On is selected.
The default setting is Off.
