START-UP

4.1 O
The switches and LEDs
of the Atlas inverter are
located on the front of the
inverter (see illustration
2).
4.2 S
ON THE INVERTER
Start the inverter by
setting the "inverter"
switch to the "on" position. The "on"
LED lights up if an output voltage is present.
4.2.1 Stand-by mode
When the switch is set to the "stand-by" mode (bottom position of the
switch) but there is no load, the yellow "stand-by" LED lights up. This
activates the "AES". The inverter starts as soon as the load at the
output rises above the critical limit of approx. 10.5 W (5 k2 load at a
230 V output voltage).

The yellow "stand-by" LED goes out and the "on" LED lights
automatic
up. If the load is switched off, the inverter automatically
economy
swtich reverts to "stand-by" and the "stand-by" LED lights up again.
4.3 H
The "temperature" LED lights up if the FET's and/or the ring core
transformer become too hot as a result of a short-circuit at the output,
unacceptably high ambient temperatures or prolonged overloading.
