Grounding
Note
Grounding is required for voltages higher than protective extra low voltage.
With voltages of > 50 V AC or 120 V DC, the device has to be grounded. Active parts must
not be grounded or connected to higher voltage parts.

Connections
The contact blocks and lampholder are fitted with IEC 60760-compliant flat connectors which
can also be used as solder connections.
All connectors are fitted with two tabs to allow loop-through.
5.4
Solder pin connection
The command point comprises the actuator (e.g. 3SB2 pushbutton, illuminated pushbutton
or indicator light) which is mounted in the front plate, and a contact block and a lampholder
which are soldered to the PCB.
