INTRODUCTION The STRAPLINK is a useful tool for tree dismantling, it brings comfort in creating an axis (the trunk) that allows the climber to rotate when working. This way it gives more ease of movement. It also secures the climber in reducing the potential height of a fall (in case the gaffs slip out).
NEVER MODIFY • or transform the STRAPLINK in any way. The STRAPLINK IS NO PPE for fall arrest. It can never be used as a anchor. • CARE • A good care and an proper storage of the product will ensure a longer product life.

• CAUTION: in case of an exceptional event, the product may have to be discarded (significant fall, cutting etc.). • The STRAPLINK must be inspected by the user before each use. • The STRAPLINK must be discarded if the inspection is unsatisfactory or if there is any doubt about the reliabi- lity of the product.

SETTING UP THE STRAPLINK The STRAPLINK can be positioned on the side of the adjustment system or of the carabiner. Position the STRAPLINK without the carabiner Pull the carabiner loop above the lanyard under the lanyard. and through the large loop in a girth hitch.

To choke the lanyard, pull on the red strap. To loosen it, pull on the blue strap. RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended to position the STRAPLINK as close as possible to the trunk and to adjust its length only as the last set-up step.
