If the RF remote control is out of range of the cooker hood, all the LEDs will briefly light
up in an upward sequence when you press a button�

Connecting the RF Remote Control

The RF remote control supplied is connected to the cooker
hood� If that is not the case, you can connect it by restar-
ting the cooker hood. Switch off the power to the cooker
hood for a minimum of 30 seconds and then switch it
on again� After restarting the cooker hood, you have 30
seconds to connect the RF remote control� Connect the
remote control by simultaneously pressing button A and D
for 2 seconds�
As soon as the RF remote control is connected, the ligh-
ting and the motor will start up�
It is possible to connect a maximum of 2 RF remote con-
trols (optional) to 1 cooker hood�

Cleaning and Maintenance

General Maintenance

The cooker hood will need cleaning after a certain period of time� A build-up of grease
within the cooker hood can catch fire and will also reduce the performance of the cooker
hood�

Stainless Steel

This can be cleaned with a stainless steel
cleaning product� Do not use any abrasive
or acidic products�

Lacquered Components

These can be cleaned using a mild cle-
aning product� Do not use any abrasive or
acidic products�

Handy Tip

You can keep the cooker hood system
clean by letting a cooking pan filled with
water, lemon juice and a glass of vine-
gar boil for approx� 20 minutes with the
cooker hood switched to position 2, and
by keeping the cooker hood running for
another 15 minutes after that�
Follow the same procedure for a plasma
system, and rinse the hydrosorb filter
in water with washing-up liquid� If this
is added separately to the grease filter
(black or yellow). The hydrosorb filter in
the grease filter can be cleaned in the
dishwasher�
