LOCATE A TASK

There are many options for finding a task on your list; you can view and
sort the entire task list, or filter the list by category.
1 On the Home screen, press the left soft key <
[Start], then left soft key [More...] and select
Organizer and press OK.
2 Select Tasks and press OK.
3 In the task list, do one of the following:
• To sort the list, press the right soft key [Menu], select Sort
by and press OK. Choose a sort option and press OK.
• To filter the list by category, to sort the list, press the right
soft key [Menu], select Filter and press OK. Choose the
category you want displayed.
Categories only appear in Tasks that are synchronized with
your PC.
TIP
To filter your tasks further, press Active Tasks or Completed
Tasks.
