Troubleshooting
Overview
This chapter explains how to resolve typical problems you may encounter when using the printer. If you have
any problems with the printer, first make sure you have performed the following tasks correctly:
Connect the printer to an electrical socket or install the battery. For more information, see Connecting the
AC Adapter on page 7.
Remove all protective packaging from the printer.
Install and select the correct printer driver. For more information, see Installing the Software and Printer
Drivers to a Computer on page 22.
Connect the printer to a computer or mobile device. For more information, see Connecting the Label
Printer to a Computer on page 23.
Close the DK Roll Compartment Cover completely.
Insert a DK Roll correctly. For more information, see Loading the DK Roll on page 5.
