MANUAL GENERAL WARNINGS! There is a lot of tension on torsion springs. At all times, work safely and with proper precautions. Installation, maintenance and repairs can only be done by qualified and experienced overhead door mechanics. APPLICATION RANGE The Flexi-Force spring breaking devices 651 and 667 can be used for residential (garage) overhead doors, both manually operated as well as power operated doors. - Page 4 MANUAL stationary plug(12). The spring(6) which pushes the camshaft(4a) without pal ensures that the pal clamps the palwheel when the torsion spring breaks at the point of the stationary plug. During normal operation of the door, there must always be a minimum of tension left in the torsion spring.

MANUAL ALGEMENE WAARSCHUWINGEN! Er staat grote spanning op torsieveren. Ga ten allen tijde zeer voorzichtig te werk. Installatie, onderhoud en reparatie dient uitsluitend te geschieden door ervaren en goed opgeleide overheaddeur monteurs. TOEPASSINGSGEBIED De Flexi-Force veerbreukbeveiligingen 651 en 667 kunnen toegepast worden bij residentiele (garage) overheaddeuren welke hand- of elektrisch bediend worden. - Page 10 MANUAL torsieveer precies bij de stationaire veerplug breekt. Tijdens normaal gebruik van de deur dient er altijd een restspanning in de torsieveer aanwezig te zijn. Deze restspanning is groter dan de druk die de veer tegen de nokkenas geeft. Hierdoor zal de veerbreukbeveiliging niet onnodig bediend worden.

- Page 15 MANUAL ACHTUNG! Durch die Spannung der Torsionsfeder entsteht hohen Druck. Gehen Sie immer sehr vorsichtig an die Arbeit. Montage, Wartung und Reparaturen sollten ausschließlich von erfahrenen und gut ausgebildeten Monteuren vorgenommen werden. ANWENDUNGSGEBIET Die Flexi-Force Federbruchsicherungen Modell 651 und 667 können bei Garagen-Sektionaltoren angewendet werden, die Hand-, oder Kraft betätigt werden.
- Page 16 MANUAL Sperrklinkenrad auf der Welle ein, wodurch der Fall des Torblattes gestopft wird. Die Platte(11) sorgt für Verstärkung von dem Festfederkopf(12). Die Feder(6), die gegen die Nockenachse (4a) ohne Klinke druckt sorgt dafür dass die Sperrklinke in das Sperrklinkenrad eingreift im Falle das die Torsionsfeder genau bei dem Festfederkopf bricht. Während der normalen Benutzung des Tores muss immer eine Restspannung in der Torsionsfeder vorhanden sein.

MANUAL cliquet d'arrêt s'accroche à la roue à cliquet si le ressort de torsion se rompt précisément au niveau de l'embout fixe du ressort. En cas d'utilisation normale de la porte, il faut qu'il y ait toujours une tension résiduelle dans le ressort de torsion. -
