(1) If the product is out of order, stop using it and read the manual carefully.
(2) Before you request for repair, switch off the product and contact a designated
service agency after checking the name of model, serial number and date of
purchase. OsteoSys Co., Ltd. will replace the defective product at no cost to
you. OsteoSys Co., Ltd. will pay the shipping and insurance costs of product
sent to you.
(3) Defective equipment shipped from you to OsteoSys Co., Ltd. must be packed
in the replacement cartons. Shipping and insurance costs for the return of the
defective product must be pre-paid by you.
(4) If you request the product information to repair the defective product yourself,
we provide you with the proper information.
 This limited is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied,
including warranties of merchant ability or fitness for any particular
use. No representative or other person is authorized to represent or
assume for OsteoSys Co., Ltd. any warranty liability beyond that set
forth herein.
