You will need

7 x Bolts
(H8)
Phillips head
screwdriver
Attach (P21), (P22), (P23) & (P24) to (P1),
(P16) & (P20) with 7 x Bolts (HS) by
using a Phillips head screwdriver.
Do not fully tighten the bolts at beginning,
until all bolts are well aligned.
