CORRECTION
Increase fluid pressure
Increase air pressure to 70 psi (4.8 bars)
Clean valve thoroughly
Open stroke adjustment counterclockwise
Make sure fluid pressure is constant

Check to make sure the valve controller
is providing a consistent output
