Prevention and treatment of pressure sores Thevo-Adapt has been developed for the prevention and treatment of pressure sores up to grade III according to Seiler (Professor Walter O. The Active Side Element The Active Side Element does not only connect the single FGF-laths, but also offers the possibility to integrate Thevo-Adapt into nearly every bed. In difference to rigid under frames the head and foot adjustment can still be carried out.

Flexible fibreglass-lath (FGF-lath) These laths are made from a durable material by innovative glass fibre technology (pultrusion). Beneath a long durability they ensure an optimum lying comfort, which has a favourable effect on the convalescence of the patient. Spring Wings 3 or rather 4 Spring Wings situated on one FGF-lath adapt optimal to the body contours of the patient.
Fixation of the under frame onto the bed With the 6 belts the under frame of Thevo-Adapt can be fixed safely onto the bed. Just lay the belts around the tubular bed frame and pull the belts through the belt buckle.
