Troubleshooting Tips
You may experience the following
intermittent issues:
Handle controls not working even after

enabling the handle controls on the home
screen.
One or more buttons are not responding.

If you have correct software/firmware and are still experiencing issues, try these tips:
Check again to see if enable handle controls checkbox is checked

Try disabling and renabling the handle controls
n
Restart the software and try enabling the handle controls
n
Take off your gloves and try again
n
Moisturize your hands and try again
n
Lightly tap on the handle for 5 to 6 seconds continuously

Our new handle control feature lets you scan
and hold the Bridge with the CapSense buttons
right on the handle.
KOSMOS® is intended to be used by qualified
and trained healthcare professionals in
the clinical assessment of the cardiac and

acquiring, processing, displaying, measuring,
and storing synchronized ultrasound images,
electrocardiogram (ECG) rhythms, and digital
