cleaning.
An excessive amount of
ground coffee used.
The appliance
needs cleaning.
SOLUTION
Make sure the appliance
is plugged into a working
outlet.
Ensure the lid is
fully closed.
Ensure the Cup Rest is
in the correct position
(up for carafe, down for
single serve).
Ensure the inserts are
positioned correctly.
Ensure the Water
Reservoir is not filled
beyond the "MAX" line.
Ensure the Water Reservoir
is correctly positioned on
the appliance.
Make sure the Carafe's
lid is placed straight onto
the Carafe.
Place the Carafe securely
and squarely onto the
Carafe Plate.
Ensure the lid is removed
from the travel mug
before brewing.
Follow the instructions in
the "Descaling" section.
Reduce the amount of
coffee used to eliminate
brew basket overflows.
