Page 3 Assemble two sides of the frame. Use glue and two 2-1/2” pocket hole screws at each joint. The height of the bottom shelf is up to you but this mod- el shows the bottom rail 1” off of the ground. Connect the two sides with the remain- ing four rails in the same way.
Page 4 Assemble the lid slats with 1-1/4” pocket hole screws. Attach the short tim pieces to the ends of the lid slats. Use glue and at least one brad nail per slat. Add the final trim pieces to the top assembly. use glue and brad nails every six inches or so.
