1.8.1 Primary Microphone

Check:
Inspect the microphone's external port on the Cover Main.
Action:
1. If clogged – clean the port.
2. If Cover Main is damaged – replace it.
Check:
Inspect the Cushion Mic in the Cover Main.
Action:
If the Cushion Mic is damaged or misalign – replace it.
