Finding your model and serial
number
When you contact our Support team, please
have your device model and serial number to
hand. This helps us identify the device you are
having an issue with!
You can find the serial number on the back of
your Grid Pad.
The serial number for the device is placed
under the stand, lift up the stand and the serial
number is found here:
