Cause and troubleshooting
Detergent or care products have congealed in dis-
pensers of the intelligent dosing system.
Check whether the detergent used is suitable.
1.
Drain the dispenser.

Clean the dispenser.
3.
Refill the dispenser.

Unsuitable detergent added to the dispenser of the in-
telligent dosing system.
Check whether the detergent used is suitable.
