Water drain hose is connected too high.
Mount the water drain hose at a maximum height of 1

Pump cover not assembled correctly.
Assemble the pump cover correctly.

Detergent dosage is too high.
▶ Immediate measure: mix a tablespoon of fabric softener
with 0.5 l of water and pour this mixture into the left
compartment (not for outdoor, sportswear and down
textiles).
Reduce the amount of detergent for the next wash

with the same load.
Unauthorized extension fitted to the water drain
hose.
Remove unauthorized extensions to the water drain

Pump cover is not fully screwed in.
Make sure that the pump cover is screwed into the

device as far as it will go. The handle of the pump
cover must be vertical.

Water tap is closed.
Open the water tap.

Make sure that the water supply hose is not

The imbalance control system removes the imbalance
by distributing the laundry several times.
No error - no action required.

Remark:When loading, if possible, place large and
small items of laundry together in the drum. Laundry
of different sizes is distributed better during the spin
cycle.
