Connect the base / charger

Install the battery

Charge the battery

Place the handset in the telephone base or charger to charge.

Settings

Set language

→ → HS Settings → → → LANGUAGE → → → English | Deutsch | Français | Italiano | Español | Nederlands →

Set date or time format

→ → HS Settings → → → DATE & TIME →

1. → → Date Format → → to select DD-MM-YY or MM-DD-YY →
   -OR-
2. → → Time Format → → to select 12 HR / 24 HR →

Set date & time

→ → HS Settings → → → DATE & TIME → → → Set Date or Set Time → → Enter the date → → Enter the time →

Ringer - external calls

→ → HS Settings → → → Ring Setup → → → Ext, Ring → → to select melody →

Ringer - internal calls

→ → HS Settings → → → Ring Setup → → → Int, Ring → → to select melody →

Ringer - volume

→ → HS Settings → → → Ring Setup → → → Ring Volume → → to select volume →

Tone - set key tone on/off

→ → HS Settings → → →Tone Setup → → Key Tone → → to choose On or Off →

Tone - set alert tones on/off

→ → HS Settings → → Tone Setup → → to choose Battery Tone or Out of Range → → to choose On or Off →

Alarm - set alarm time and activation

→ → HS Settings → → Alarm → → → On → → Enter alarm time in 24 hr format → → Display SNOOZE → → to select Snooze On or Off →

Set the auto answer

→ → HS Settings → → → Auto Answer → → to select On or Off →

Phonebook

→ →Phonebook → → All Contacts → twice → Add → → Name → and enter name → → Number → and enter phone number → → Melody 1 → to select melody →

Quick access keys

Answering machine

Turn on/off the answering machine

On the handset:

→ → ANS. MACHINE → → → TAM ON/OFF → → to choose On/Off →

-OR-

On the base:

Press to turn on the answering machine; press again to turn it off.

Record your message

→ → ANS. MACHINE → → → TAM SETTINGS → → OGM SETTINGS → → ANS & REC → → → RECORD MESS →

• You will hear a beep tone, and then you can record your message.

Press to end the recording.

• It will repeat your recorded message.

To exit, press repeatedly until you return to the main menu.

Play/Stop, Delete, Repeat and Skip message

When there is a message on the answering machine, press these keys on the base to:

Play/Stop	Delete	Repeat	Skip
PLAY/STOP	DELETE

To activate the handset controls during message playback, press:
→ → ANS. MACHINE → MSG PLAYBACK →

Press these handset keys to control messages.

Stop	Delete	Repeat	Skip

Nuisance and Unwanted Call Blocker

Add a call block entry

→ → Call Blocker → → Black List → → → ADD → → NAME → and enter name → → Number → and enter phone number →

Block unknown calls

→ → Call Blocker → → → Settings → → → Call Type → → → Unavailable →
