DESCRIPTION
The PMMN4039 Noise Canceling Remote Speaker
Microphone (RSM) provides convenient means of
communicating by having a speaker, a microphone, and a
PTT in a single, hand-held or clip-on accessory. The
PMMN4039 RSM includes a noise canceling port that
reduces background noise from environment during
transmission. It can also be used in a quiet environment
with NO performance degradation. This RSM includes a
3.5 mm audio jack to accept secondary receiver audio
accessories.

OPERATION

Attaching the RSM to the Radio
1. Turn the radio off.
2. Remove the universal
connector seal from the
side of the radio and
attach the RSM.
3. Turn the radio on.
Wearing the RSM
(See Figure 1)
There are 2 recommended
ways on how to use Noise
Canceling RSM.
1) For optimum Noise
Canceling performance,
wear the RSM at your
shoulder as Figure 1.
