If it becomes necessary to return the receiver for repairs, please use the original packaging if possible, and
return the receiver complete with all accessories.
Please include a copy of the original sales receipt, as well as a detailed description of the problem. Please
ensure full postage or other transport cost is prepaid.
Possible cause
Mains power cable not connected
to mains
antenna may not be correctly
connected.
Scart cable defective, or not
connected properly at socket
Radio operation selected
Time information can not be
received from the stream
Batteries spent
Batteries inserted incorrectly
Antenna has been disconnected
Programme has switched to
different transponder
Programme no longer broadcast
Antenna too small
Heavy rain or snowfall
Incorrect code entered
Solution
Check mains cable and plug
Connect the antenna to the right
connector.
Check Scart connection
Switch back to TV operation
Switch on receiver, select the
main public service programme
known to broadcast time signal and
leave on for a while
Insert new batteries
Insert batteries in correct position
Adjust the antenna connection
Initiate new programme search
Delete programme from list
Set up larger antenna
Remove snow from antenna dish
