5.1.5 System information
In the last category of the Installation/Setup display
you will find detailed technical information relating to
the programme currently being viewed, as well as to
the hardware and software of the receiver.
Tuner Information
The technical reception data of the programme currently
being received are displayed here:
Program Number: Number of the program in the
main list.
Program Name: Name of the program in the lists.
Service Type: Type of the program (TV, Radio or
Data Service).
Frequency: Frequency of the channel in kHz.
Tx Mode: Tx value of the channel (2k or 8k).
Guard Interval: The Guard interval value of the channel
(1/4, 1/8, 1/16 or 1/32).
Below this, you will see two bar graphs indicating
signal strength and signal quality.
Product Information
The sub-display "Product Information" provides you
with all data relating to the hardware and software of
the receiver. Each unit has its own unique serial
number (Product ID). When making service calls it is
important to specify the hardware version applicable,
as the technician then knows exactly which
components, circuit boards, etc. have been used in
the unit.
