    LABEL APPLICATOR Follow these instructions to insert the labels into the label applicator. Right applicator Left applicator Standard Put the roll of label on the tray and passes it through the tension roller so it will not spin out of control. Fasten the tension clip after passing through this point to ensure tension on the label strip and avoid loose labels.
  • Page 12 LABEL APPLICATOR The drive PU rubber roller pulls the base paper to position the labels. The aluminum pressure roller must be locked in place with the PU roller in order to squeeze the paper and pull effectively. WARNING: If the aluminum knurled roller is not tightly pressed against the PU drive roller, the labeling will be inaccurate, which will cause incorrect labeling.

    LABEL SENSOR POSITION Please follow the direction of diagram to install the label sensor. Kindly place the label through the detect point of label sensor. Adjust the sensitivity of label sensor to the appropriate position after the label is passed through the label sensor.

    SENSITIVITY ADJUSTING OF LABEL SENSOR Remove a label from the backing substrate before the sensor. On the HMI touchscreen, hold down “Length Set” (Figure 1) until the backing substrate only is positioned in the sensor (Figure 2).   • Page 20 MACHINE OPERATION Please follow steps and instruction for machine operation. Plug-in the appropriate power supply voltage. Turn of the power (Turn on the emergency stop switch if in “off” condition). The display will shows as diagram 1. Press “Enter” to get into next diagram or wait DIAGRAM 1 for 3 seconds.
  • Page 21 MACHINE OPERATION Auto length set: Press the “AUTO LENGTH SET START”, then the label head will slowly pull the label until the finger is released, at the same time, the LCD will show the memory to be set for the length of the label. Manual length set: Press “AUTO LENGTH SET STOP”...
  • Page 22 MACHINE OPERATION “PEELING SPEED” is able to select 5 to 40 meters of labeling speed. Operator only press “ ”, “ ” to select speed. Key in value in “MISSING LABEL” for the sensor to detect missing label. Turn ON the “MISSING LABEL” after key-in of the value in the Missing label set, await the diagram shows on display then function will start.
  • Page 23 MACHINE OPERATION Memory store and read function; to save the present setting to the memory slots, go to the main menu and select memory. Press save and assign a valid memory slot 0-30 to save the data. To recall press read and the slot number, this will automatically load the data to the PLC.

    1. Inspect that the wires are properly connected. If the wires are not connected, please connect them and reset the labeling applicator. 2.
