    4.1 Struttura I recuperatori della serie VORT NRG EVO TOP sono realizzati con profilo in alluminio sp. 40 mm accoppiati a pannelli sandwich sp. 23 mm costituiti in lamiera zincata 6/10 mm nella parte interna e lamiera zincata preverniciata 6/10 mm nella parte esterna.

    In caso di temperature inferiori ai -5°C è altamente consigliata la configurazione con pre-heater. Si prega di contattare Vortice per avere adeguato supporto tecnico ai fini di evitare il congelamento della piastra di scambio termico. I venti- latori brushless non sono adatti al funzionamento per temperature superiori ai 40°C.

  • Page 15 ITALIANO 7.4 Collegamento con le canalizzazioni aria Le unità di recupero di calore della serie VORT NRG EVO TOP sono progettate per consentire all’installatore di poter cambiare gli orientamenti dell’aria direttamente in cantiere rimuovendo o riposizionando i corrispondenti pannelli dei flussi dell’aria a seconda delle esigenze.

    ENGLISH 7. Installation 7.1 Type of installation CAUTION VORT NRG EVO units are not suitable for installation in areas with an explo sion hazard or potentially explosive/flammable vapours. In the event of applica tion of this type of unit in zones classified as ATEX, immediately contact Vor tice for all related technical and operating information.

It should be noted that, in the case of ceiling installation, inspections will be made from the bot- tom (Fig.12) and a siphon will have to be set under the drain (see previous point).
  • Page 35 Recovery intake VORT NRG EVO TOP series heat recovery units are designed so that the installer can change air orientation directly on site, removing or repositioning the corresponding air flow panels as needed. This operation can be carried out using a screwdriver in order to speed up channel adaptation operations.

  • Page 39 8.7 Configurations The various coils, flow rate, pressure and CO2 regulations are managed through pre-configured fittings to be selected when ordering. Machines are supplied pre-wired.     All technical interventions must be requested from Vortice according to installation specifications, indicating the type of problem and providing all necessary support to better understand the details of the problem encountered.
  • Page 41 The duration of the filters depends on the environmental operating conditions. It is therefore necessary to periodically check the degree of clogging/dirt and, if necessary, replace with clean filters in order to guarantee unit operation with optimal upstream/downstream filter peak load loss levels (as contained in the VORT NRG EVO TOP recovery unit TE- CHNICAL DATA).
