THIS PROCEDURE MUST BE PERFORMED BY A QUALIFIED TECHNICIAN.

be connected to more than one branch circuit. Disconnect power to all
circuits before installing the time clock module.
2100 SERIES
1. Disconnect power to the system and remove the painted front panel to gain
access the electrical compartment.
2. Insert the plastic standoffs into the two holes located above the base I/O relay
board at the back of the heater (See Figure 1).
3. Mount the time clock module
onto the plastic standoffs
(See Figure 2). Make sure
the module snaps into place.
Be careful not to damage
components on the board.
4. Insert one end of the cable
provided into the interface
port on the time clock
module.
5. Insert the other end of the
cable into the port labeled
"expansion" on the base I/O
relay board (See Figure 2).
6. Place the painted front panel back on and restore power to
the system.
3100/4100/5100 SERIES
1. De-energize the system and remove the electrical panel cover to gain
access to the electrical panel.
2. Insert one end of the cable provided into the interface port on the time
clock module.
3. Insert the other end of the cable into the
unused interface port (Figure 3) located on
one of the relay expansion boards.
4. Tie wrap the time clock module to the
existing wiring to hold the module in place.
5. Reinstall the electrical panel cover and
restore power to the system.
