Configuration and operation

Signal elements
The 3 LEDs on the device show the different operating states. The LEDs can display the following states:

6.1
Inverter off
When using suitable KACO inverters, the shutdown can be carried out via the grid separation relay integrated into the
inverters and the "Inverter OFF" digital output instead of via interface switch.

"string inverter" category.

Maintenance and troubleshooting

Repairs may only be carried out by the authorised electrician.
NOTE
Log all maintenance activities in the "Service" menu item: "Service Log" (exception: "User" interface). Con-
figuration is carried out via the web interface.

Operating status
The green LED „Operation"lights up when AC and DC voltage is
present.
If the LED flashes, the internal communication between the compon-
ents is established. After flashing, the device is ready to feed in power.
If the LED continues to flash permanently, the internal communication
is disturbed.
The green LED „Operation" lights.
The green LED „Feed-in" lights up after the end of the country-spe-
cific waiting time*.
The device feeds into the grid.
The interface switch engages audibly.
NOTE: Both LEDs also lights in "QonDemand"-operating mode.

The green LED „Feed-in" flashes because one of the modes: internal
power reduction, external power reduction, reactive power request or
island operation is pending.

There is no DC voltage present (e.g. DC isolator switch open)

DC voltage too low (<starting voltage)

tion between the front end (operating unit) and back end (control unit)
is faulty, or interrupted.
