Setting Advanced Alerts
If you have an optional heart rate
monitor, foot pod, or GSC
can set up advanced alerts for heart rate
and cadence.
> Training > Options >
1. Select
Alerts.
2. Select an option:
• Select Heart Rate to set the
high and low heart rate values in
beats per minute (bpm).
NOTE: For more information
about heart rate zones,

• Select Cadence to set the high
and low cadence amounts
in steps per minute (spm) or
revolutions of the crank arm per
minute (rpm).
3. Set the parameters for your heart
rate or cadence alerts.
