use our Phone Clip+ for streaming capabilities
Online Services (optional)
If you have signed up to use Online Services with your hearing aids, you can have your hearing aids adjusted
remotely without having to visit your hearing care professional. All you need is a smart device that is internet-
enabled. This allows you to experience freedom and flexibility such as:
1. Requesting remote assistance to adjust your hearing aids.
2. Ensuring the best possible performance of your hearing aids by keeping them up to date with the latest
software.
NOTE: Your hearing aids will turn off during the install and update process.
For optimum performance, ensure your hearing aids are connected to the Smartphone app and placed close to
the iPhone, iPad, iPod touch or Android smartphone.
