Safety
•
Check that the tow rope is undamaged and that the hooks are free from rust.
•
Never use the tow rope if it is noticeably worn.
•
Make sure that no one is in close proximity once towing begins.
•
The tow rope may only be used for the towing of vehicles.
Operating instructions
1.
Park the tow vehicle approximately 1 metre in front of the vehicle to be towed. Make sure that
both vehicles face the direction of travel.
2.
Refer to both vehicles' owner's manuals regarding the location of tow loops and the attachment
tow ropes. Attach the tow rope's hooks onto the tow loops on both vehicles and ensure that
the hook catches on both ends of the tow rope are securely locked into place.
NOTE: Never thread the tow rope through a tow loop on a vehicle and secure it by fastening
the tow rope hook back onto the tow rope itself. The tow rope must only be used with its tow
hooks fastened onto designated vehicle tow loops.
Disposal
This product should be disposed of in accordance with local regulations.
